Returns:
Because drawer knobs are custom made for you upon order, we do not accept returns or grant refunds. If knobs show any manufacturer’s flaws or defects, a photo can be e-mailed to us for confirmation and replacements will be sent out. This replacement policy does not cover items damaged in transit.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and a full refund will be granted.
Shipping:
All orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail within 3 weeks of payment. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of shipment. This e-mail will include a delivery confirmation and tracking number.

We accept payments from MasterCard and Visa. All credit card payments are processed through PayPal to ensure secure transactions, but you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay us. We simply use them for payment processing.
