Store Policy
Returns:
Because drawer knobs are custom made for you upon order, we do not accept returns or grant refunds. If
knobs show any manufacturer’s flaws or defects, a photo can be e-mailed to us for confirmation and
replacements will be sent out. This replacement policy does not cover items damaged in transit.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and a full refund will be granted.
Shipping:
All orders ship out via USPS Priority Mail within 3 weeks of payment. You will receive an e-mail notifying you
of shipment. This e-mail will include a delivery confirmation and tracking number. We do not ship outside
the US. If you're interested in our products and have an address outside the United States, please e-mail
us. We may be able to accommodate you.
Shipping rates:
Shipping rates are determined by amount ordered and are as follows:
up to $150.00 will be $7.50
over $150 will be $12.00
Payment:
We accept credit, debit, bank card, and Paypal payments, all of which are processed through Paypal. You
DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay us. We simply use them as our processor.
